We only ask for what a booking actually needs. Nothing on this site requires you to create an account.

• Your name, email address and phone number, when you book or send an enquiry.
• The classes and workshops you have booked, and whether you attended.
• Your marketing preference - off unless you tick the box.
• Payment confirmations from our gateway. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as pages viewed and approximate location.

To confirm and honour your booking, to issue your pass and check you in at the door, to answer your enquiries, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

We send marketing email only if you asked for it, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that make the studio run:

• Razorpay, to take payment. Their privacy policy governs what they hold.
• Our email provider, to send booking confirmations.
• Our hosting and database providers, who store the data on our behalf.
• A government authority, where the law requires it.

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Enquiries are kept while we deal with them and for a reasonable period after. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Write to theartsmotionstudio@gmail.com and you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to marketing. We will respond within 30 days.

Deleting your data may mean we can no longer honour an existing booking - we will tell you if that is the case before acting.

We use cookies for things the site cannot work without: remembering your language choice and your light or dark preference, and keeping you signed in if you are studio staff. We do not use advertising cookies.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
