A booking is confirmed only once payment has cleared and you have received a booking reference. Until then your seat is held, not reserved.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. The total shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged, with nothing added afterwards.

Group rates, where offered, apply to a single booking made together. They cannot be applied retrospectively to separate bookings.

Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to workshops and to weekly batches alike, and it applies whether or not you attend.

A place cannot be moved to another person, another batch or a later run.

For a weekly batch, no cover-up session is given if you miss a class. A cover-up session is given only where the instructor misses a class.

If the studio cancels a session outright and cannot offer a replacement date, we will make it right with you directly.

No outdoor shoes are allowed on the floor. Please carry indoor shoes; it protects the sprung floor and it protects you.

Please arrive ready to move, and keep the floor clear of bags and drinks.

Each confirmed booking issues a pass carrying a unique reference and QR code. Please have it ready at the door.

A pass admits the number of people stated on it and no more. Passes are personal to the booking and must not be shared, resold or reproduced. We may refuse entry on a pass that has already been scanned.

Please arrive ten minutes before your session. Latecomers may be asked to wait for a safe break before joining, since walking into a moving floor is how people get hurt.

Dance carries a risk of injury. You are responsible for working within your own ability and for telling your instructor about any injury or condition that affects what you can safely do.

We may ask anyone behaving unsafely, or in a way that spoils the session for others, to leave without refund.

We sometimes photograph or film in the studio. Tell any member of staff if you would rather not appear, and we will keep you out of frame.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Beyond that, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for personal belongings left at the studio.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
